Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old — or the legal age for gambling-related services in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — and legally permitted to use such services where you live. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements. See our Responsible Use policy.

Dice Radar is a read-only analytics tool for the Dice game on Stake. Running on your own computer, it observes the outcomes of your own dice rolls, records them locally, and computes statistics and provable-fairness checks over that history.

The Service does not, and is designed never to:

• place, size, or automate any bet;
• access, hold, move, or withdraw funds or balances;
• predict future outcomes or provide any betting “edge” or system to beat the game;
• constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice.

It is a record-keeping and analysis instrument only. Every outcome on Dice is determined by Stake’s provably-fair system and carries a fixed house edge that no software can remove.

When you purchase a license key we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Dice Radar on up to three (3) devices that you own or control, for the plan you purchased (monthly or lifetime).

Your license key is your credential. You are responsible for keeping it private; anyone with the key can activate a device against your seat limit. You may deactivate a device at any time from the Manage license page to free a seat.

• Use the Service only with your own Stake account and only where it is lawful for you to do so.
• Do not share, resell, sublicense, or publish your license key.
• Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the licensing or device limits, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
• Comply with Stake’s own terms of service — your relationship with Stake is entirely separate from your relationship with us.

Gambling involves real financial risk and you can lose money. Dice, like all casino games, has a mathematical house edge in favour of the operator. Dice Radar describes what has already happened in your roll history; it cannot change the odds and does not make any outcome more or less likely.

Nothing in the Service is a promise of profit or a prediction. Historical patterns are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.

SprofitStrats and Dice Radar are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Stake or its operators. “Stake” and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility. We are not responsible for Stake’s platform, availability, odds, or your account with them.

Prices are shown at checkout. A lifetime license is a one-time payment. A monthly license renews automatically each period until you cancel, at the price in effect when you subscribed. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card or crypto-wallet details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the Service — they do not transfer any ownership to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of any statistic, or uninterrupted operation. You use the Service, and make any betting decisions, at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any gambling losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and liability limits) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “effective” date above. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
