Refund Policy

A license key unlocks the software the moment it is issued, so — like most digital goods — it cannot be returned once delivered. We do not offer a money-back guarantee or a trial refund window. Please make sure Dice Radar is right for you before you buy: it is a read-only analytics tool for Stake Dice — it places no bets and changes no odds — and the risks and limitations are set out in our Terms of Service and Responsible Use policy.

Once your license key has been delivered, the purchase is final and non-refundable. Dice Radar is sold as a one-time Lifetime License — there are no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring charges.

If your key doesn’t arrive, or you have trouble activating a device, email support@diceradar.app with your purchase email and license key. Delivery and activation problems are support issues, not refunds, and we can almost always fix them quickly — please reach out before starting a chargeback.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law. Where such law gives you a cancellation or withdrawal right, it is unaffected by this policy; by purchasing and activating the software you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the sale completes at that point.
